Biopack Environmental Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ over-the-counter symbol: BPAC) has been in the environmentally sound packaging business since 1995. Biopack uses readily renewable agricultural waste to create value-added packaging products normally made from plastic or paper. In 2007, as a result of the demand for Biopack’s eco-friendly packaging, Biopack built a production facility called “Biopark” in Jiangmen, China. “Biopark,” located on a 6.7-acre factory site, is equipped with Biopack’s proprietary, fully automated manufacturing machines and is devoted entirely to producing eco-friendly packaging.
